I've got a 2hour video on my laptop that I edited with iMovie. Unfortuantely, because of its length, I can't export/share to iDVD. Is there a way to save the video--with all of its chapter marks--so I can transfer it to my other computer (with DVD Studio Pro)? I tried saving it as a Full Quality .mov, but that didn't work--it saved it as 1 long "chapter."

You can import your movie to DVD Studio Pro. Then you can add markers from there. Select a main menu from the templates that are there for you and connect your movie chapters that you have just created to the chapter buttons of the tamplate you chose!
