iPod Saving Music

I have a friend that had his house broken in to. One of the things that was stolen was the computer that managed his iPod music. He know has a new computer and he is afraid to sync out of fear of losing all the music he loaded on it off of cd's. What is the easiest way to sync from ipod to a new computer?

Anyone ever use iPod2computer.com?
