I've looked throughout this and a few other forums for an answer, but haven't gotten any concrete solutions. Can this be done?

easy, iSquint, jsut google it or something, oh, and video downloader (Firefox plugin) for the downloading of the flv

you may have to choose see page source or something in your browser, to locate the movie file, if video downloader doesn't work

I use keepvid.com

and then drag the .flv into iSquint.
