Saving Photos (quality from email)

why is it that I can receive an email with a photo attachment that looks perfectly fine in the email... I mean I can zoom in and it looks fine... but when I save the image to the photo library and view it in there it looks like total crap??

No thoughts on this?? This really annoys me. What's the use in saving
perfectly fine pics to you phone if they look like crap. It's dissappointing
that I can save an Internet image and the quality remains the same
but a photo from an email looks like a gif blown up to a
billboard???

I have seen this on my phone as well. Make sure that the iPhone is no longer loading anything before you try to save it onto the phone. See if that works for you.

Thanks Doc for the link to your previous post. Good discussion that I missed. Well it certainly is a disappointing feature. Hopefully in the future it can be resolved.
