Long time viewer, first time poster...

After various searches to discover how to save QT movies to your hard drive, I started using the following way - Finder>File>Find, then select "local disks", "Visability", "invisable Items", "Name", "Contains" and 'QTPluginTemp'.

Now that seems to work great in saving music videos from the ITMS music video section. But it does not seem to work when trying to save a music video after playing it on various websites (for example, the sub pop site), I looked for any settings in QT and Safari preferences but alas nothing.....

Any Ideas?

Thanks

Well, if you shell out the dough for Quicktime Pro, you will have the option of saving most quicktime movies via a drop-down menu on the player itself.

No seriously, Apple have made a mistake with QT.

Quicktime should match everything that WMP does.

However...

You can't view proper full screen
You can't save QT movies.

Untill they sort this out i have no worries using a cracked key.

The Windows version of quicktime pro is incredibly easy to get. There are many cracks out there. If you need a code just ask me. Quicktime Pro is really the only way to go.
