Saving Song Names, Albums to Burned CD

Alright. I want to burn a CD with some songs I made using GarageBand. Is there a way for me to burn the songs to a disc, and let someone else's iTunes recognize the song name, album, and album art? I usually never burn CDs, so sorry if this is a dumb question. I do know that most CDs grab their information from gracenotes.com.
