Saving whole conversation in Messages

I have a long group text message that I want to save and/or print. I see no way to save the whole thing, preserving the names of each person who responded (plus a few photos inserted).

I have these messages across all devices (my iPhone 6, iPad Air, and MacBook Pro running Yosemite). On my computer, I can drag highlight all the messages, but it does not include the names of the people speaking.
