iPod touch Saving YouTube videos into iPod Touch library?

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone knew of any apps (web-apps or installer apps) that allow you to save Youtube videos and watch them even when you're not in a WiFi hotspot?

Or do you have to go the long way around by ripping it off your computer, converting it into mp4 file, then sync to iPod?

I'm hardly ever in WiFi spots so it would be nice if I could download like 10 youtube videos to watch later on subway or smth....

There aren't any apps that I'm aware of, and have looked for youtube options as well.

The long route is the only way I believe.

MxTube can be found in installer
