says dropped call.. but not..

So when i'm done talking to someone.. i press end call obviously, but about 50% of the time when i press that, it says call failed and a button comes up so i can retry, even though i was just on the phone with them, and the call did not drop, i hung it up. happening to anyone else?

i very rarely get that problem, but it is still there, kinda strange
