Sbsetting mobile substrate problem

On my sbsettings, mobile substrate
For some reason I want to disable the browser changer which happen to be on the last line. I can't slide down to it because it's block by the display of the advert on the lower part of the sbsettings.

I tried sliding it up by it go down by itself.
Any idea how can I do this?
Remove the ad?
Or reorder the mobile substrate list?
Pls help
