SBSettings 3.0.6b4 - Respring issue?

I might be wrong, but I seem to remember using a previous version of SBSettings that when using the respring option, the springboard would restart at the lock screen? Has anybody noticed this? Now when I respring it takes me back to the springboard.

Also, despite having the option disabled to 'Allow Launch Locked', I can still access it even when the phone is locked.

Yes. I think I prefer this new way.

Thanks very much, both my question's answered. Not entirely sure how to disable the setting in Activator though. Where specifically am I supposed to be looking?
