SBSettings/Activator music popup problem

So I did a full restore to 4.2.1 from 4.0.1 two days ago and after setting everything back up, I noticed the SBSettings/Activator music control popup buttons are clustered together (as shown below). Previously the back and forward buttons were next to the outside edges. Did the controls change in 4.2.1 or is something weird going on with my phone? What do the controls look like on your phone and what firmware are you on?
