SBSettings and MyWi, iPAD2 - iCon not showing up

I can't get the MyWi icon to show up in the SBSettings toggle. I have toggled it on/off and rebooted several times. It won't show up.

Is this because I am only using it OnDemand and my Ipad2 is WIFI only?
