Resolved SBSettings in Notification center.

I went into SBSettings and under iOS 5+ Notification. Disable Toggles is off. Seperate List is on. Why aren't the toggles showing in the notification center? Google has been extremely unhelpful.

you have to turn it on in settings/Notifications/sbsettings

well from what you wrote, it seems that you were modifying things in SBSettings itself....

if that is what you meant, then sorry, i don't know,

but if not, you have to turn on in phone SETTINGS/NOTIFICATION/SBSettings
