SBSettings messed up

I just jailbroke my 4th gen iPod touch and I installed SBSettings and I only have 3 toggles turned on but if I press any of them or swipe left or right then it gets stuck as you can see in the image. If I close notifcation centre then open it again it goes away but happens if I try to do what I mentioned. How can I fix this? Also, my battery percentage keeps fluctuating between 20 and like 40% and I've gotten the alert warning me I'm at 20% 3 or 4 times in the past half hour.

My guess is I can't have only 3 toggles cause it'll get stuck between the toggles and the device info. I tried adding 4 but it still got stuck but having 5 toggles seems to make it work fine but what if I only want 3 or 4 toggles?
