Hitting "respring" in SBSettings on iOS 5 seems to just freeze my phone, making it useless without a reboot from redsn0w.

It just freezes at "Restarting Springboard" with the rainbow swirly progress wheel.

Has anyone else encountered this or know if there's something I'm missing?

[EDIT: sorry for the typo in the thread name...not sure how to change it to "respring"]

i use resping often from SBsettings on the 5.0 tether jailbreak not sure whats causing your issue

It is happening with mine as well. I think it has something to do with being on the Notifications drop down. I hit respring in other apps and do not have the problem, only on sbsettings on the Notifications.

If I go into SBSettings and make a change and then close the app, it resprings on its own just fine. Still troubleshooting to try and find the cause of this bug.

UPDATE: It may have something to do with the semi-tether update because now that I think about it, that is when the problem started. I beta test for Cydia and App Store apps and it was never a problem before.
