SBSettings respring loop?

I have SBsettings.

When I try to respring sometimes, it gets stuck on the respring logo. then im forced to reboot (extreme annoyance, as I am on a tethered jailbreak)

What do I do?

I think it may be caused because I have "iGotYa" installed. is this possible?
