SBsettings slow to turn 3g back on?

I imagine its the chip that is just slow to start up?
Or is this a problem i could bypass by going through settings?

My iPhone 4 takes 3 seconds to turn it on and off. It also take a few for Autolock to toggle. I think it's just how fast iOS can switch those on/off as my other toggles are instant.

Hmm thank you, it may be only three seconds but it feels like forever when im sitting with edge on trying to load a page
