SBSettings toggles activated, but not showing up

I have just JB 4.2.1 on an iPhone 4, and installed SBSettings. There are a couple of the default toggles (Phone and SSH) which are turned on in the toggles menu, but are not showing up when I open SBS. Anyone run into this or have any suggestions?

Yes, there's known bugs with 4.2.1 and some sbsettings toggles.
