My iphone 4 is jb on 5.0.1 via pwnage (1.59.00 bb). I noticed that some of my SBSettings toggles aren't working properly. For example, the wifi toggle is red yet my wifi is on and my phone is connected to my wifi network. Tapping on the wifi toggle turns it green but when I dismiss sbsettings and bring it back up again, the toggle is red again.

If I toggle it back to green again and then try to toggle it back off, it stays green. Meanwhile, the toggle doesn't seem to have any affect whatsoever as far as actually toggling wifi on and off. Same thing happens with the 3G toggle.

Anyone else having issues like this?

Quick update. I just removed sbsettings and was planning on reinstalling it, but I noticed that my phone is running MUCH smoother without it. I was getting a lot of freeze-ups and the phone was kind of laggy with sbsettings installed. Since I removed it I've been trying to do a lot of the things that caused problems before and my phone has been rock solid. Now I'm hesitant to even install it again but I really love having those toggles.

Try using redsn0w - I used pwnagetool at to jailbreak iOS5.0.1 at first but experiencing crashes with several Cydia apps (not sure which ones were guilty!).

re-jailbroke using redsn0w and SBSettings appears to be working fine for me along with other Cydia apps that were installed previously!

stil serious problems with the SSH toggle in SBSettings though. And using the dropdown window (rather than the NC plugin) causes freezes of up to 20 seconds (on 3GS Redsn0w 5.0.1, both before and after a restore and re-JB); other people have had these problems before. Hope a fix is coming...

I actually did re-jb with redsn0w after I used pwnage in order to apply the fixes that redsn0w provides and pwnage does not (I just ran the jb option in redsn0w but obviously did not install Cydia again). I may just try to install SBSettings again and only install a few toggles that I actually use. Since I restored my jb apps via pkgbackup, maybe my sbsettings install was corrupted somehow.

Make sure your using redsnow 10b3. I used 10b1 and had ssh problems, 10b3 cleared them all up and it has been smooth sailing ever since.

That's the version I used. I reinstalled sbsettings and even though it's not as bad as it was before, my phone is definitely more sluggish now than it was before I reinstalled sbsettings. I don't even have that many toggles enabled either (9).
