SC2 on Bootcamp?

So currently I am planning to set bootcamp in my MBP for playing StarCraft 2, but just wondering since this game supports Mac + PC, are there much differences?? so for example, SC2 runs better on bootcamp??

if there are no difference, I might just forget about bootcamp and run SC2 on mac os instead

As a general rule, games rub better in windows. That includes sc2.
