SC2 on Hi-RES i7 15"?

I know there has been a lot of talk about SC2 on regular screen, but I would like to receive some expert advice on running SC2 on the Hi-res(1900xsomething i think).
Would I be able to run SC2 on Hi-res screens on Med/High settings with i7?

The Hi-res 15" is 1650 x 1080.
