Scaling (probably) buggy in Mail

Just this. Is scaling ok in Mail app? Both upper bar (the one with icons) and every dropdown are huge, compared to normally-sized rest of UI. Whats wrong here?

Hm, all is OK on my 10.14.5 and was on every prior version of macOS. Something is weird on your specific setup. Did you try to reboot? Just in case... And what is specific on your system? Hardware, software versions,...

Any plugins in your Mail.app? Every time something wonky happened to my Mail.app, turns out it was one of my plugins. Mail.app is too important for Apple not to test it and make sure it at least marginally works right. GUI artifacts would not pass through.
