Scan Receipts, Put line items into Excel/ CSV; Bonus: Roommates expenses settlement?

IMPORTANT & REQUIRED: iPhone 4:
- Need to: Scan Receipts and Put line items into Excel/ CSV Spreadsheet

- I'd like to then put these onto my Windows machine and work on them in Excel
- To help settle food & other expenses bills - depending on who bought what for whom and how much and what people are sharing.

BONUS:
If the App can help do some of the above that I usually do in Excel.

So, please make suggestions?
