Scanner Help

Ok, so I've lately been looking into scanners w/ autofeeders, yet they seem to start at around $300. So, I saw that those all in one machines which can be had for around $120 at the low end had autofeeders as well. So, whats the difference? I dont need quality, all I'm doing is scanning documents, and printing documents as well, no color or anything. So, is there anythign wrong w/ getting one of these? And, I only need to scan in around 20 pg's at a time and time would not really matter, i just dont want to have to sit at the scanner and open it up each time
