Scanning barcodes, Spreadsheet, e-mail

I am going to be doing some inventory management and I will be using a ipod touch with a linea-pro scanner.

I am going to be scanning 3 different barcodes per product.

Is there an app out there that will be able to customize each column heading and then scan into each column with different barcodes. Once that is all done, the ability to e-mail off the results?
