ScanWit 2720S Scanner

I have not used this scanner in years and recently a relative asked me to scan some 35MM Slides. I pulled it out of my storage and since I disposed of the Windows Computer I used with the scanner, I have a problem. The scanner only has a SCSI Fast port to connect to a computer. I only have an iMac. My possible connections are TB, USB3, Firewire & eSATA.

Does anyone know of a way to interface the SCSI port on the scanner with what is available on my iMac?

Any help is appreciated.
