I am new to the forum and have searched all over for this problem. I apologize if it has already been addressed.

I purchased my iPhone 4s used about a month ago. It worked perfectly initially. No issues at all. About a week later the screen started developing weird pixels that appear. The very top of the screen where the battery life, time, etc. are displayed has a faint red tint to it. When safari is opened, there is a horizontal red line in the blue area at the bottom.
The home screen of the phone has these scattered pixels everywhere which move around when things are swiped around the screen. It's almost like a orange red "noise."

I'd appreciate any help anyone can offer. Would a new screen fix the issue? The battery has already been replaced.

I don't think a new screen will fix anything. In the unfortunate event that this is a hardware problem, it's more likely to be the gpu. But have you tried a hard reset and/or a factory restore?
