Hi

I can't remember when it started happening, but I am sure it used to be fine in Catalina. I've also tried searching but nothing seems to be coming up. Maybe it's just me...

I have my 2018MBP running Big Sur, and because of my lockdown-enforced new setup, I have two screens on my desk and the laptop closed, in a Macally dock behind them. I have a start up and shut down schedule set up for 6.30am and 12am, as it can be a pain lifting the laptop out of the dock, with cables attached, opening it each morning and placing it back down. First world problems, yes, but still.

However, the schedule start up seems to have stopped working. Yes, my power adapter is connected (probably ruining my battery), and the shut down process seems to work fine. I have also checked that the Power Adapter > "prevent computer from sleeping automatically" is turned on, just in case that has something to do with it. I just have to lift it up, open slightly and use the trackpad, and the machine loads up. But it doesn't come to life when I press the wireless trackpad or keyboard.

Am I missing something? It used to work flawlessly.

Thanks.
