scheduled email

Am working on imac in apple's mail program and need to know how to set-up an emails with a future send date so that they will automatically me sent to a group on a particular day. Can't be all that tough but I can't find out how to do this or the terminology they use to research this.

It's not built into Mail, unfortunately. But you can use something like Mail Scripts (utilizes iCal for scheduling) in order to do this.
