Scheduler App Help/Recs

I'm looking for an app that can read my companies email and simply input into my shifts in a calendar. Similar to the iCal function but iCal is terrible about reading the emails and therefore essentially makes me have to re-enter the entire shift one by one.

I've looked at some of the apps out there. iSchedule looks good but requires my company to sign on... not going to happen.

Any help or recs for an app that is good for shift/unit management or one that can read an email for a day with multiple shifts/units in the contents of the email.
