Is there a way to draft an email e.g. today in Mail and then schedule it for future delivery e.g. this Wednesday? I know that MS Outlook can do this.

I'm pretty sure that it's not possible via the Mail GUI. I was looking for this also a while back and that was the answer I got.

You may be able to hack something using AppleScript or Automator, but I'm not sure. I just ended-up using a shell script with sleep and mailx which wasn't ideal, but worked for my situation.
