Schematic Symbol I can’t identify (CAD)

I can’t seem to identify the square boxes as highlighted in yellow in the image. I don’t recognize that symbol from any electrical or CAD program. The best I can surmise is it’s a Microphone Jack for Audio/Video. Anyone else care to guess?

that looks to me like an mic or headphone jack or a cluster of jacks, due to the four squares. since it is a board room i think the headphone/mic jack is a pretty good.

Looks more like the kind of 4 port Leviton data/phone/AV jacks that sit in the table to me from the line going through the boxes.
