Hi,

I have a dance studio with 4 classrooms. I want to get an iPad for each classroom that will store all the music needed to teach. I was hoping that we could take attendance with the iPads as well.

I looked at Bento, but it doesn't work with 4 iPads and the Filemaker Pro Server is too much money. Can anyone suggest anything else?

Besides taking attendance I would love to have note and photos of each student on the iPad for the teachers to reference.

iPod Touch would seem better for this task. They will naturally hold all of the music. I would use Evernote for everything else. If the music files are under 50MB, it could hold the music, but the pre-installed Music app would be more approriate. The iPad is great, but what is the point of a 500 dollar large tablet used primarily to play music, when you could get the same functionality out of an inexpensive iPod?

Evernote. I think all of this can be done easily with an iPod Touch (I use my iPhone, but it is the same thing) in the classroom.
