School speaker setup suggestions

Any ideas on a decent system for a school (grades K-6) for under $500??

Basically, it needs to fill a small gym, but nothing like live concerts with a dynamic range. I guess they want at least two satellites and a sub... Must be able to attach to a computer and receiver. Physical size doesn't really matter.

Can be from anywhere, but it needs to be new.

Don't worry with a separate sub....

All of those are halfway decent. All you need to attach it to a computer is an 1/8"TRS to 1/4"TS cable. A receiver might use phono plugs, so a phono to 1/4"TS cable would be recquired. Those'll cost about $5.
