scientific calculator recommendation

So I use Calcbot for my main calculator. I now need something that can display result in scientific notation, something that can really replace my standalone calculator. Is there any that is as aesthetically pleasing as calcbot? Or is there anyways to turn on scientific notation for result in both calcbot and stock calc app?
