Just curious if anyone can recommend a good (and free) scientific graphing/plotting app that can handle large ASCII files and output in PDF format. I use XM Grace now which is free and can plot just about anything with almost any imaginable fit, I just can't seem to get grace working on my new MBP. It's for academia (physics/engineering) so flashiness is not needed, just simple clear plots with the ability to calc regression/power law and display data error bars. I've heard 'Plot' is good, thoughts?

Thanks!
