I was able to grab a 64GB AT&T white iPad at the target near Broadway Mall in Hicksville, NY. Went there to pick up a few things in the afternoon and stopped by the electronics section to see if they had any left, and they had 10 total.

Target seems to be the best place to go. My friend was able to pick one up after work (read after 5pm) yesterday at a Target. He bought a 16GB wifi only.
