Hello guys,

I've got a kind of black scratch on my MBP and I don't know how to fix it.
I've tried to clean with soap, toothpaste, and other cleaning products but it doesn't work. Maybe I could try to brush with sandpaper but I'm afraid to worsen...

Any suggestions ?

Unless your using the back of the macbook as a keyboard, I would move on and forget about it. There more important things in life to worry about rather than a small scratch on the bottom of a laptop.:apple:

Sandpaper would only make it worse. It's normal wear and tear, don't worry about it.

Just move on. It's underneath anyways...

But just remember, there will always be the thought in the back of your mind... of what if you could have prevented it. It will haunt your dreams and you will cower in the corner many times per week just screaming out WHY!

Yeah, sure ^^ It's not so much important but i've hope somebody could help me (if I want to sell my MBP, it's better to make it clean ;) )
But anyway.

I was a bit worried about a few chips in my 2010 macbook pro when selling it, but the buyer didn't seem to mind even though I clearly took photos of them. I wouldn't worry much about a mark that's underneath it.

I hope find someone like that.. ;)
