Is there any scratch remover that works on MBP for light scratches. Due to my carelessness I made a scratch on the side of my new MBP. Usually I leave it alone. But this one is a spot type that annoys me whenever I look at the power LED.

I googled and found stuff like iKlear and iDrop. From what I read, they don't do much but the make the surface shinier.
 
the problem is that most "scratch" removers are simply polishing compounds relabeled to make you think its some magical cream/liquid.

They would be fine if the material was shiny to begin with but because the MBP has a matte finish, a polishing compound would just cause the area to become polished... *shiny*

Possibly, creating more attention to it...=(
 
This is what my scratch looks like:

It doesn't look that bad in picture. The thing is that it changes color under different lighting. Maybe I'll get polisher a shot.

Any recommendation on polishers?

EDIT: Oh, maybe polisher isn't a good idea. And i don't think sand paper is doable as well. So is there anything that can get rid of this light scratch?
