So I'm trying to share a folder on my Mac through my network but nothing I've tried has worked.
I can access my Windows7 files on my Mac just fine, but when I try to access my Mac's files on my Windows7 machines they don't even see the Macbook in Networks. It was working a few days ago so I have no idea what happened...

In System Preferences > Sharing > File Sharing :
I have it checked and in 'Options', I have Share files and folders using AFP as wells as Share files and folders using SMB (Windows) checked. I have already gone through the folders I want to share and clicked 'Shared folder' as well as give Read & Write privileges to everyone.

I really need that folder to be shared and right now I have to transfer things through a USB stick which takes too long.
Very much appreciated if you guys can help me! If you need any more information, just ask.
