Hi there,

I received my new 4th generation iPod touch 32GB today to replace my 2nd generation 32GB. I really like it; it's faster than the old one, the display's much better etc.

There's just one thing that bothers me a bit: The headphone jack has a black plastic rim that's sticking out a little bit and is rather scratchy. I mean, the jack works and all but this is about the first time in 20 years I have an Apple product in my hands that has a scratchy edge.

Anybody else seen that on their 4th generation touches?

Heh. Mine has that too. Must not be a problem or a bother, I never knew about it before you posted this, then I looked.

Thanks for your replies. Now I don't have to let it bother me either. ;)
