Screen acting strange

My AT&T 4S has started acting really strange for the past 2 weeks. Intermittently, when I press the lock/sleep button on top of the phone to wake it up, the screen will sometimes not come on at all or if it does it just flashed really quickly and goes right back to sleep.

Anybody else had/having this problem?
