Screen Activity Recording Software

I used to use a Mac app thought would take a screen capture every few seconds and save it in a database so you could go back and check what you were doing at a specific time. I'm trying to remember the program name. I think they folded the functionality into another one of the their applications now. Does anybody know the name of the application or a similar one?
