Posted about a week ago about this,

My Macbook Pro lid has been ever so slightly misaligned (about .5 mm) and is something you can feel but not see on the edge but you can on the hinge.

After sending it out for a repair (through Apple) it is now nudged out on the opposite corner.. Now you can see it when you look at the hinge side of the laptop. The lid shifted to the left - as if there is a bigger gap on the right side of the hinge and the left side is touching the bottom case.

While it may be a tiny detail. After paying $4000 for a laptop id expect it to be perfect and not have to worry about this getting worse over time; as i'm sure it will.

I am debating the opening it up and loosening the 6 screws to nudge it ever so slightly into place and tightening. Has this worked for anyone else or should i bring it back to Apple again?

As I think was pointed out in your last post, why are you dancing the issue? You have a warranty. Exercise it.

Apple has one of the best warranties and service out there for electronics. Keep complaining until you get someone to fix it right.

These laptops are sold as artistic devices. Everything from the box to the overall look of the machine is done to look perfect. Make them fix it.
