iPhone Screen auto lock timer stops my podcasts

When my screen auto lock timer turns off my screen my podcast stops. Doesn’t stop my audio books. If I set the timer to Never and manually lock the phone it continues for 10 seconds then stops. Any thoughts on this bug?
