Hi

I'm from Denmark, but I just bought a 16GB WIFI Ipad in NYC :). It has some screen bleed, but nothing serious. My question is, will I be able to get it replaced in Denmark, once they get the problem solved 100%?

Yes the iPads come with international warranties so you will be fine to get it replaced in Denmark.

Complementary Applecare covers it for a year, RUN, don't walk to the nearest Apple store, that is, if its already released in your country.

I'm not sure, but I wouldn't bet on them doing a replacement until the iPad launches in Denmark. It's possible, but I wouldn't be confident in it. There's not going to be a local stop, and I don't know if they can get replacement iPad 2s sent from the depot.

Well, it is already released in denmark. But i saved 200$ buying it here in the states.

Do I need an applecare insurance on my Ipad? Isnt the Screen bleed problem enough to get it replaced no matter what?

TIA

Then you should be fine.

Why would the OP need to get to the Apple store quickly? His 1 year warranty just begun.
