I just noticed that left side of my screen is brighter. Restarted my iPhone (11) and it's still there. Do you think it is some kind of hardware problem?

Can you post more pictures with different coloured backgrounds?
It might be a discolouration due to prior stress, moisture exposure or magnetic influences. Did you do anything unusual with your device, maybe had it in your back pocket or in contact with a strong magnet?

It's not visible at all on a dark screen.
Do you have reduce transparency disabled? You may be seeing the blurred background of the screen/page you are viewing or have as a background.. looks like start page from safari bleeding through which would be normal. Turn on reduce transparency and see if it goes away

Quick update. I got it repaired under warranty. It was "faulty LCD unit".
