I'm running a late 2011 Macbook Pro which has integrated Intel HD 3000 graphics.
I made a boot camp partition and installed Windows 8 and installed all the boot camp drivers but the screen is dark. Really dark. I went into brightness on Win 8 and it's up to the max it will go and I also used the Macbook Pro keyboard and upped the brightness to as high as possible and it's still dark.
I had this problem back with Windows 7 too.
