Screen Brightness Toggle??

This is strange. The screen brightness toggle was just in the notification center but after the latest update it's no longer in the "notification center".

How do I get the screen brightness toggle back there for quick access?

Goto: Settings, Device, Notification Panel
Check off the box for brightness adjustment. Done.
